What is WryZen?
Kaizen is small, continuous change for the better. WryZen acknowledges that change can be lonely, messy, and infuriating.
WryZen is setting your weekly meal plan of whole foods and clean eating, but your ego mind is still eating its feelings about something that happened in your past.
WryZen is working faithfully toward your goals while at the same time gritting your teeth in an attempt to control the racing thoughts and worries.
WryZen is getting cut off in the middle of your positive affirmations by the overwhelming need to cry for (what you think is) no reason at all.
Why subscribe?
This is WryZen is not A Place to Be. It’s A Place to Just Be. As we are, today, with some idea that tomorrow will be better. Or it won’t. Or it’s going to take some work to get there. Or it’s going to be two steps forward, dropped in a pit and have to climb your way out. In the rain. With snakes. And even if it is, we are going to be ok.
